I had three charter buses arranged for my wedding in April 2022, costing about $3,000. Just TWO WEEKS before the big day, they casually called to inform me that no buses were available, but they could bring some from a nearby city for an extra $4,500! Even though my contract, which was months old, clearly stated a price and they admitted it was their mistake for overbooking, they were trying to pass the entire extra cost onto me without offering anything in return. Now, I'm left scrambling to find other buses, and it feels like they’ve given me the cold shoulder. Nicole Smith and Evan Downton are no help at all, and trust me, you don’t want to deal with this company. They don’t confirm bus availability until a few weeks before your event, regardless of how far in advance you book, and it’ll leave you in a real bind.

Man, Shofur really came through for our journey. My group and I found ourselves in a bind, needing to reach Denver, and Shofur was super helpful in this tough time. I booked cars with them in Perth, Australia. The service was just awful, super slow and not dependable at all. The last time I made a reservation, the driver ended up at the wrong spot after waiting for 45 minutes. I called Shofur, and they told me they couldn't locate any other drivers close to where I was - right in the heart of Perth's CBD!! Just a dreadful experience.

If you look closely, you'll notice that many of the glowing 5-star reviews seem fake; there's a clear pattern if you read enough of them.
